Easter, but odder.

Easter weekend is busy for British oddities. On Good Friday, marbles players gather at Tinsley Green and Heptonstall performs its Pace Egg play. On Easter Saturday, the Britannia Coconut Dancers dance through Bacup.

Easter Monday is the big one: Hallaton scrambles for hare pie and kicks ‘bottles’ across the fields, while Gawthorpe races up the hill carrying sacks of coal.
